So much washing of brains,
Yet nobody’s mind is clean.

Brothers and sisters I feel your pain,
To the universe I will make a bold claim,
I ask that my life not be in vain.
I dedicate myself, in service to others,
To assist humanity, to manifest wonders.
I go to a quiet place and then sit down,
I close 2, open 1, then feel all around,
I pay attention, to every little subtle sound.
Tapping into the abundant energies,
Extracting information from the atoms memories.
As I listen to the sounds, the talking starts to stop,
No more words whispered between the rain drops.
I go deeper inside the caverns of my mind,
And my energy becomes more aligned.
Drifting into alpha now, awareness rising,
I sense hints of my higher self advising.
Impressions coming from the wisest part of my being,
Helping navigation, assisting with seeing.
With the mind still, I patiently embrace,
The quiet solitude of the inner space.
After ascending into higher consciousness,
I begin to merge with consciousness.
I then decide, its time to enact my will,
Using my free will.
Focusing now on my body,
I mentally alchemically transform negativity,
Utilising mental energies, creating positivity.
With this powerful technique, one can manifest health,
And clear away blockages affecting the self.
For sure this is the advanced class of meditation,
After a while, words bring no compensation.
The deeper you go, internally,
The less that can be expressed vocally.
It gets to a point where experience is necessary,
And words are completely unnecessary.
Its interesting to ponder, how deep you can go,
Tuning into life’s, natural flow.
The power of the universe lies within,
Higher vibes now, truly built in.
After you have finished the session,
Embraced the divines eternal expression.
Be sure to ground your energies,
Earth, you and the divine in synergy.
